'The Voice' finalist Chris Mann is engaged

The Voice finalist Chris Mann proposed to his longtime girlfriend last month, reports People. The pair was vacationing in Napa when Mann popped the question to actress Laura Perloe.

“[The proposal] was beautiful,” Mann told People. “It was simple [with] lots of wine.”

After the proposal, Perloe said the duo dropped plans to go out and instead spent a quiet evening together indoors.

“We ended up sitting in our hotel room by the fire and just having some champagne,” Perloe said. “We didn’t even want to go out to a fancy dinner or do anything. It was so nice.”

Bobby Brown remarries

Bobby Brown married fiancée Alicia Etheredge yesterday in Honolulu, reports People. Brown’s older children — Landon, La’Princia, and Bobby Jr. — and his only child with Etheredge, Cassius, attended the ceremony.

The R&B crooner, 43, proposed to Etheredge during a sold-out New Edition concert in 2010. Coincidentally, Brown also performed with the group the day before their wedding.

Brown divorced Whitney Houston, who died last February, in 2007.

'Think Like a Man' star Meagan Good weds

Meagan Good, star of Think Like a Man and Jumping the Broom, married Columbia Pictures exec DeVon Franklin on Saturday, reports People. The 30-year-old actress, who will also star in NBC’s up-coming mid-season drama Infamous, went on her first date with Franklin after working together on Broom. Franklin, 33, is also a preacher, and discussed his book Produced by Faith: Enjoy Real Success Without Losing Your True Self with Oprah Winfrey on OWN’s Super Soul Sunday the day after their wedding.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth engaged

Miley Cyrus and Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth are engaged, according to People. Hemsworth, 22, who’s been dating the singer/actress, 19, since they met on the set of the 2009 film, Last Song, proposed on May 31. “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” Cyrus told the magazine.

The couple had been rumored to be engaged last month, after Cyrus flashed an impressive ring in an internet photo, but the singer denied it on Twitter just five days before Hemsworth officially popped the question.

Cynthia Nixon marries girlfriend

Cynthia Nixon married Christine Marinoni on Sunday in New York. “On May 27, 2012, Cynthia Nixon and her girlfriend, Christine Marinoni, were legally married in the state of New York,” her rep told People in a statement. “Nixon wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera.”

The Sex and the City star and Marinoni had been engaged for three years, and the couple have a son together — Marinoni gave birth to Max in February 2011. (Nixon has two children from a previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes.)

Keira Knightley engaged

The publicist for Pirates of the Caribbean star Keira Knightley says the actress is engaged to be married. Publicist Sara Keene Friday confirmed the engagement. She says she does not have further details about the wedding plans.

The Oscar-nominated 27-year-old actress who first won acclaim for her role in Bend It Like Beckham is to marry musician James Righton. He is a keyboardist with the Klaxons band.

The couple started dating early last year.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg marries

As if his company’s IPO wasn’t enough big news for one week, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg got married on Saturday as well. Zuckerberg, 28, and his longtime girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, 27, told friends they would be attending a party in Palo Alto, Calif., to celebrate Chan’s recent graduation from medical school, but surprised attendees by telling them that the pair would be marrying instead. Zuckerberg posted the news on his Facebook timeline; the post has over 750,000 likes and counting.

Jake Owen, Lacey Buchanan marry

Jake Owen married his girlfriend Lacey Buchanan this weekend, reports People. The country star met Buchanan when she appeared in his video for “8 Second Ride,” and they started dating when she returned to star in the clip for his hit “Barefoot Blue Jean Night.” They married over the weekend in a family-only oceanside affair in Owen’s hometown of Vero Beach, Fla., where Owen proposed to Buchanan last month. Owen told People the sunrise ceremony was “symbolic of the dawn of a new day and starting our new life together.”

Kings of Leon's Jared Followill is engaged

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill is engaged to girlfriend Martha Patterson. Followill began dating Patterson, a model, in January after splitting from Twilight star Ashley Greene last year. With this marriage, all the Kings will be hitched. Brother/lead singer Caleb Followill married model Lily Aldridge last May, brother/drummer Nathan married singer Jessie Baylin in 2009, and cousin/lead guitarist Matthew Followill is married to musician Johanna Bennett.
