Tori Spelling has been hospitalized, People reports.
“Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section,” her rep told People. “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”
Spelling gave birth to her fourth child, son Finn Davies on Aug. 30. The actress-turned-reality-star is also mother to 11-month-old Hattie, 4-year-old Stella and 5-year-old Liam with husband Dean McDermott.

Spelling, the host of TLC’s Craft Wars, announced the arrival of son Finn Davey McDermott on her website, along with a photo. “We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family,” she wrote.
Spelling, 39, and McDermott, 45, already have three children together — Liam Aaron, 5, Stella Doreen, 4, and Hattie Margaret, 10 months. McDermott also has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage. The couple stars in the Oxygen reality series Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings.

Just five months after giving birth to baby Hattie, Tori Spelling has confirmed that she’s pregnant again, reports People. The star wrote on her website that she and husband Dean McDermott “are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way. We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us.”
In addition to Hattie, baby number 4 will have 5-year-old Liam and 3-year-old Stella as siblings. Looks like Spelling could give Lady Gaga some tips on how to get going on that soccer team-sized family.
