Sebastian Bach was one of many to feel the wrath of Hurricane Irene: The former Skid Row singer lost his Red Bank, N.J., house during Sunday’s extreme weather, according to his Facebook page, which included photos of the destruction. “I am numb, in shock, & devastated to report that my home of 21 years, my house featured on MTV Cribs, has been destroyed, condemned, & deemed uninhabitable due to the extreme flooding courtesy of Hurricane Irene,” he wrote, explaining that the extreme flooding caused a nearby bridge to collapse and crash into his garage, “knocking the house off its foundation.” Bach said that all kinds of Skid Row master tapes and rare memorabilia (including some KISS items) were believed to be ruined or missing, and that he plans to relocate to Los Angeles.

A lawyer for the family of Milly Dowler, the murdered 13-year-old British girl whose voice messages were hacked by Rupert Murdoch’s News of the World tabloid, is now representing another set of clients threatening to sue Trinity Mirror for similar invasions of privacy. Mark Lewis told the Associated Press that legal claims would be filed in “a few weeks,” though he would not disclose the identities of his clients.
Trinity Mirror came under recent scrutiny when Heather Mills accused one of their reporters of hacking her phone back in 2001. Now, her ex-husband Paul McCartney says he intends to contact authorities about reports that his phone may have also been hacked.
Jurors in the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial will not see unreleased footage from This Is It, the documentary-concert film that documents the rehearsals for the tour of the same name that would have kicked off in July of 2009, reports the Associated Press. Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor ruled Monday that the more than 100 hours of unreleased footage do not show the singer in poor health, and should be left out of the trial as they would offer no assistance to the defense. Attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, wanted to show four hours of the film, while prosecutors wished to show up to 12 hours. READ FULL STORY

It’s time to pop out the “Champagne Supernova.” Oasis crooner Noel Gallagher has married his long-time girlfriend Sara MacDonald. According to People, Gallagher, 44, said “I do” to MacDonald this past Saturday at the Lime Wood Hotel in New Forest, England. Watching the newlyweds share their first dance to The Ronettes’ “Be My Baby” was funnyman Russell Brand, who once hosted UK radio show TalkSPORT with Gallagher and reportedly served as best man.
On the regret list were Brand’s wife, Katy Perry, who was busy with an engagement on her California Dreams tour, and Gallagher’s embattled brother, Liam. The brothers famously brawled throughout Oasis’s rise to fame, and their escalating conflicts eventually undid the group. “I’ve not been invited to his wedding,” Liam told the Chicago Sun-Times last Friday before a gig with his new band, Beady Eye.
This is Gallagher’s second marriage. He and his new wife have two sons — 3-year-old Donovan and 8-month-old Sonny — in addition to Gallagher’s 11-year-old daughter, Anais, whom he had with first wife, Meg Matthews.
