Barely a week after the same thing happened to Olivia Munn and Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks, Glee star Heather Morris is the latest actress to fall victim to an alleged nude photo hacking scandal after a set of risque photos leaked online on Sunday night.
The photos in question seemingly feature Morris in several risqué poses and in various stages of undress in front of the camera. As of press time, a rep for Morris could not be reached for comment.
Gary Busey has filed for bankruptcy, reports the AP. According to papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles, the Oscar nominee-turned-reality-TV regular has listed more than $500,000 in personal debts and less than $50,000 in assets. Manager Ron Sampson said in a statement that Busey filed the papers in order to forge “a new and clear path” to his future.
Busey made his name with an acclaimed turn in 1978′s The Buddy Holly Story but in recent years has seen his career skew more toward B-movies Piranha 3DD and reality shows including The Celebrity Apprentice, Celebrity Wife Swap, and Celebrity Rehab.

Pennsylvania’s famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil has emerged from his lair and saw his shadow, in the process predicting six more weeks of winter.
But, at this rate, that might not be so bad.
The groundhog made his “prediction” on Gobbler’s Knob, a tiny hill in the town for which he’s named about 65 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
Temperatures were near freezing when he emerged at dawn — unseasonably warm — and are forecast to climb into the mid-40s in a winter that’s brought little snow and only a few notably cold days to much of the East.
Thursday’s ceremony is largely that: Phil’s prediction is determined ahead of time by the Inner Circle, a group which dons top hats and tuxedos and decides in advance what the groundhog will predict.

UPDATE: Jim Lejedal, the Director of Media Relations at the Broward Sheriff’s Office, confirmed that authorities are not investigating the report naming director David O. Russell any further. A spokesperson for Russell issued the following statement: “We are pleased that the authorities have looked into this matter and have confirmed that the investigation has been concluded and the case has been closed.”
EARLIER: The Fighter director David O. Russell has been named in an event report filed by authorities in Broward County, Fla., citing misdemeanor battery. The report, filed Jan. 2, claims Russell may have had inappropriate contact with his 19-year-old transgender niece, Nicole Peloquin. (Peloquin is the daughter of the director’s adoptive sister, Barbara Jane Peloquin.) The document — which was compiled after the Broward County Sheriff’s Office spoke to both parties involved, including Russell — states that the incident occurred at a gym in the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach, Fla., after the director agreed to help Peloquin with some exercises. Last week Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19th birthday party. In a video from the event obtained by The Daily, the singer thanks her friends and makes reference to the cake, which features an image of Bob Marley. Cyrus jokes: “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Miley cake. You know you smoke way too much f—ing weed.” Friend Kelly Osbourne then says, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley!” (That’s a reference to a minor controversy from last year, when Cyrus was caught on video smoking the drug salvia.)
In response to the uproar over the new video, Osbourne took to Twitter: “let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!” Osbourne later added: “u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think”
Update: A rep for Cyrus echos Osbourne, telling EW that the cake was indeed a joke and that Cyrus was only being sarcastic in response.
Rupert Murdoch, who is currently immersed in the News of the World phone hacking scandal, has sold almost all of his non-voting shares in News Corporation. But according to the New York Times, because of dual-class voting shares, the 80-year-old still controls the company. The Times reports, “In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said that between Wednesday, Nov. 16, and Thursday, Nov. 17, Mr. Murdoch sold 3.63 million Class A nonvoting shares priced between $16.60 and $17.26, valued at roughly $62 million.” A person close to the company said Murdoch’s sell-off, which will not effect the family’s control of News Corporation, had to do with “estate planning.”

The 62-year-old KISS rocker tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Shannon Tweed last night in Beverly Hills, reports People. The couple, whose friction and rapport has been well documented in their A&E reality series Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels, have been together for nearly 30 years. Their nuptials will be featured in a future episode of the show.
The May 27 death of actor Jeff Conaway (Taxi, Grease) has been ruled accidental and caused by a major internal infection, according to a coroner’s report released Friday. Coroners did not conduct a toxicology test as Conaway had been hospitalized for more than two weeks prior to his death, meaning the test would have come back clean. However, when the actor entered the hospital May 10, there were opiates and other drugs in his system, according to Los Angeles County coroner Craig Harvey. In 2008, Conaway appeared on the third season of Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.
