Melissa Joan Hart and husband Mark Wilkerson welcomed their third son yesterday, People reports. Baby Tucker, who weighed in at 8 lbs., 5 oz, joins brothers Braydon, 4, and Mason, 6, at home.
“Mom and Dad are elated and can’t wait to introduce him to his brothers,” the couple told People.

Melissa Joan Hart is pregnant with her third child, she has announced on Twitter. The actress posted a picture (right) of her baby bump and tweeted, “(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!” The photo also featured her hubby Mark Wilkerson and sons Mason, 6, and Braydon, 4. Hart, who celebrates her 36th birthday today, married Wilkerson in 2003.
The second season of Melissa & Joey, Hart’s show with Joey Lawrence, premieres May 30 on ABC Family.
