Nathan Followill and singer/songwriter Jessie Baylin, his wife of three years, welcomed their daughter Violet Marlowe Followill back in December, but just formally introduced the now six-week-old to the world through Twitter. We were disappointed not to see a pair of drumsticks in her hands, but surely great things are in store for her with such musical parents.

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill gets married

Jared Followill, the 25-year-old bassist for Tennessee rock band Kings of Leon, is now married.

According to People, Followill married 21-year-old fiancé Martha Patterson on Saturday in Charlotte, Tenn. The couple became engaged back in April.

Before the ceremony, Followill jokingly tweeted, “Today, I get married. It’s the biggest step I’ve ever taken. I’ve dreamed about this day since I was a little girl.”

Followill is the final member of Kings of Leon to get hitched, joining his cousin Matthew and brothers Caleb and Nathan.

Kings of Leon drummer expecting first child

Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill and his wife, Jessie Baylin, are expecting their first child, according to a tweet from Followill’s Twitter account today. Followill wrote that he is “beyond excited/anxious” for the baby, due in December, People reports.

The baby will be the second Kings of Leon baby born this year. Just last week, frontman Caleb Followill and his wife, Lily Aldridge, welcomed baby girl Dixie Pearl Followill. In April of last year, guitarist Matthew Followill and his wife, Johanna Bennett, welcomed their son, Knox Cameron Patrick Followill.

Baylin, a singer-songwriter, and Followill married in November 2009.

Kings of Leon frontman welcomes baby girl

Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill and his wife, model Lily Aldridge, welcomed baby girl Dixie Pearl Followill on Thursday morning. Dixie, the first child for the couple, was born at 1 a.m. and weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz.

A rep for the band said in a statement that “Mom, Dad and Baby are happy, healthy and enjoying their new addition.”

Kings of Leon guitarist Matthew Followill and wife Johanna Bennett welcomed their son, Knox Cameron Patrick Followill, last year. Bassist Jared Followill became engaged to girlfriend Martha Patterson, a model, in May.

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill is engaged to girlfriend Martha Patterson. Followill began dating Patterson, a model, in January after splitting from Twilight star Ashley Greene last year. With this marriage, all the Kings will be hitched. Brother/lead singer Caleb Followill married model Lily Aldridge last May, brother/drummer Nathan married singer Jessie Baylin in 2009, and cousin/lead guitarist Matthew Followill is married to musician Johanna Bennett.
