According to an official filing by the Santa Monica Police Department, Men In Black 3 actor Josh Brolin was arrested for public intoxication on Jan. 2.
TMZ originally broke the news, claiming that Brolin had a little bit “too much fun” with some buddies the night before. The police document reveals that the star was arrested in Santa Monica at 3:02 AM and released at 7:14 AM the same day.
When reached by EW, a rep for Brolin confirmed the allegations.
