One-time Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft was taken to a Los Angeles-area hospital on Sunday due to an injury sustained during rehearsals for ABC’s all-stars edition of Dancing With the Stars, reports People.
She reportedly hurt her head and neck while planning out camera blocking for Monday night’s performance show with dance partner Tony Dovolani.
There is no word yet on whether Rycroft will join the seven other remaining contestants for the shows on Monday and Tuesday.
Actor and former U.S. Army soldier J.R. Martinez and his girlfriend, Diana Gonzalez-Jones, welcomed daughter Lauryn Anabelle Martinez on Wednesday evening, People reports. The Dancing With the Stars victor first met Gonzalez-Jones on the set of All My Children in 2008; she was working as a production assistant, while he was playing soldier Brot Monroe. Martinez won a coveted mirror ball trophy on Dancing With the Stars‘ 13th season — along with his partner, veteran dancer Karina Smirnoff.

Dancing With the Stars winner J.R. Martinez is expecting his first child with girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones, People reported today. ”We found out just last week it’s a girl and we are over the moon,” Martinez said.
Martinez, an Iraq war vet, first met Gonzalez-Jones in 2008, when he joined the cast of All My Children to play Brot Monroe. At the time, Gonzalez-Jones was working as an assistant to the daytime drama’s executive producer. The pair started dating last year.
Earlier this year, Martinez and teammate Karina Smirnoff won the 13th season of Dancing With The Stars, beating out a roster of celebrity contestants including Rob Kardashian and Chaz Bono.
