The fallout continues: A day after Deen was dropped by QVC and Target, Kmart and Sears have followed suit. Update: EW has confirmed that JCPenney is ending its professional relationship with Deen as well: “jcpenney has decided to discontinue selling Paula Deen branded merchandise,” the retailer told EW in a statement.

“After careful consideration of all available information, we have made the decision to phase out all products tied to the brand. We will continue to evaluate the situation. Our members’ needs will be given first priority as we work to continue to provide quality cookware in our stores and online,” Sears Holdings, which owns both Sears and Kmart, said in a statement to EW.

In addition to Kmart, Sears, QVC and Target, Deen’s business relationships have also ended with Novo Nordisk, Walmart, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Smithfield Foods, and The Food Network since she admitted to using racial slurs in a deposition filed June 17.
