Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are reportedly in settlement talks to avoid divorce court. TMZ says that lawyers for the celebrity duo are negotiating child custody, visitation, child support and property.
Holmes, 33, filed for divorce last week after five years of marriage to Cruise, 49. The couple married in 2006 and have a 6-year-old daughter.
