Biggest Loser season 9 contestant Sam Poueu is in critical condition at a San Francisco hospital, according to TMZ. Poueu reportedly fell several stories from a building on Sept. 3, sustaining a pelvic injury, punctured lung, broken leg, and torn ligaments. The name of the hospital had not yet been released, though sources close to Poueu have reportedly said he can recognize visitors and is improving daily. In a statement, NBC said, “Sam Poueu is a beloved member of our Biggest Loser family, and we are keeping him and his family in our thoughts and prayers.”

Glad he’s improving! I have so much respect for the contestants on that show! Going through weight loss with millions watching every week.
He’s the guy from the gray team a few years ago who was teamed with his cousin Koli. He’s now engaged to Stephanie from that same season.
