Christoph Waltz injured training for Tarantino film

Inglourious Basterds star Christoph Waltz, 54, was injured while training with his horse in preparation for a role in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming movie Django Unchained, reports People. The Oscar-winning actor is “being treated for a dislocated pelvic bone and is looking forward to getting back in the saddle,” according to his rep. Waltz is expected to make a full recovery.

Utah theater fined for serving alcohol at 'Hangover II' screening

Usually alcohol brings on a hangover, but at one Utah theater, it was the other way around. Salt Lake City’s Brewvies theater was fined $1,600 for serving the hard stuff during a screening of The Hangover Part II, reports the Associated Press. But it wasn’t the alcohol alone that got the theater into hot water, it was the explicit nudity portrayed on screen. Utah’s liquor board determined that the theater would be subject to the same rules as a strip club — meaning, it couldn’t serve alcohol during any fully nude dancing — since the film featured scenes of female, male, and transvestite nudity, as well as a monkey simulating a sex act. If Brewvies violates state law again, the theater could be subject to a $25,000 fine and a 10-day liquor license suspension.

Jack Osbourne recently popped the question to his girlfriend, reports People. Osbourne and actress Lisa Stelly dated for four months before Stelly took to her Twitter to announce the proposal. It’s just one of Osbourne’s recent collaborations. He also produced a documentary on his famous father, Ozzy Osbourne, called God Bless Ozzy.

Twitter silence fuels Ashton Kutcher/Demi Moore breakup rumors

UPDATE: Looks like the couple doesn’t want fans to believe the rumors. This afternoon, Kutcher tweeted, “When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME.”

Just as he’s getting comfortable as the new star of Two and Half Men, Ashton Kutcher is facing rumors that his six-year marriage to Demi Moore might be on the rocks. The two prolific tweeters have been uncharacteristically silent lately, with Moore’s sole tweet on Sept. 23, the day before their anniversary, especially revealing: “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger. — Epictetus”

For his part, Kutcher reportedly spent his wedding anniversary in Las Vegas with That 70′s Show costar Danny Masterson.

The couple’s representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment, but Kutcher tweeted a link to his Spotify account this morning that played Public Enemy’s “Don’t Believe the Hype.”

Mike Myers and wife Kelly Tisdale welcome a son: (Birthday) party on!

Probably not the kind of “babe” Wayne Campbell had in mind, but comic actor Mike Myers (Wayne’s World, Shrek, Austin Powers) and his wife Kelly Tisdale have welcomed their first child, a son. People confirmed the news, and a rep stated Myers and Tisdale, who announced the pregnancy back in May, are “ecstatic” about the new addition to their family. It seems Myers opted for a rhyme scheme with his son, as they landed on the name Spike. As Wayne might be tempted to ask, “So it’s not just a clever name?”

Rapper T.I. to be released from halfway house today

T.I., who returned to prison last month after violating the terms of his work release program by conducting business while crossing state lines, is set to be freed today from an Atlanta correctional facility, according to ABCNews.com. He had previously served a 10-month sentence in Arkansas on federal firearm charges.

The rapper born Clifford Harris was detained Sept. 15 and has been held in custody since that date; he will now return to the halfway house he was initially released to last month.

'SNL' couple Fred Armisen and Abby Elliott break up

Saturday Night Live colleagues and off-screen couple Fred Armisen and Abby Elliott have called it quits. According to People, the two ended things amicably after growing apart while filming non-SNL projects in different locations this past summer. Armisen began dating Elliott after splitting from ex-wife and Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss.

'The L Word' star Leisha Hailey escorted from Southwest Airlines flight for kissing girlfriend

Former The L Word star Leisha Hailey was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight Monday morning, after fellow passengers complained that she and her girlfriend’s kissing was “excessive.” Hailey took to Twitter to voice her complaints. ”This is an outrage,” she tweeted. “I demand a public apology by @SouthwestAir and a refund. Hate is not a family value. I will never fly this airline.” She then called for a boycott, and accused the airline of hiring homophobic employees.

Southwest denied the allegations in a statement, saying that their actions were based on behavior, not bigotry: “Initial reports indicate that we received several passenger complaints characterizing the behavior as excessive. Our crew, responsible for the comfort of all customers on board, approached the passengers based solely on behavior and not gender. The conversation escalated to a level that was better resolved on the ground, as opposed to in flight.”

Southwest is the official airline of Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), the Gay-Straight Alliance Network (GSA), and the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).

'Biggest Loser' alum Sam Poueu in stable condition

Biggest Loser season 9 star Sam Poueu is taking a step towards recovery following his four-story fall Sept. 3. People reports Poueu has left ICU after being treated for head trauma and internal injuries. “We are excited to share that Sam is out of ICU and is currently in stable condition,” Poueu and fiancée Stephanie Anderson’s families told People in a statement. “He still has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but we are so encouraged by the progress he continues to make daily.”

Poueu — who has been working at the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Resort in Malibu, Calif., as a trainer — fell from his friend’s apartment building in San Francisco after attempting to climb down the fire escape. Poueu and Anderson’s families have set up a Facebook page updating fans on the Biggest Loser alum’s recovery.

'16 and Pregnant' couple arrested, facing child endangerment charges

A young couple once featured on MTV’s docu-series 16 and Pregnant have lost their child to the state and now face charges of child endangerment after being arrested Tuesday, according to reports.

The Arkansas Department of Human Services took custody of the 2-year-old daughter of Joshua Rendon and Ebony Jackson-Rendon after a search of their home at the Little Rock Air Force Base revealed unsanitary living conditions and drug paraphernalia. According to reports citing police sources, feces, flies, and maggots were found in the home, as well as one gram of synthetic marijuana, empty packaging, and pipes allegedly used to smoke the controlled substance.

Along with child endangerment, they also face numerous other drug related charges. . Rendon and Jackson-Rendon, both 19, appeared on the first season of the show.
