In their ongoing effort to prove that reality stars can produce both love and money, the California couple, who have been together six years, already have a 15-month-old son named Cash.

William Petersen and wife have twins through surrogate
Former CSI star William Petersen and his wife Gina Cirone had a twin daughter and son on July 5 through a surrogate, reports People. The 58-year-old actor’s newborns were delivered prematurely, but are “doing great and are improving every day,” according to the couple. Petersen also has a 36-year-old daughter with two sons of her own.

Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith not separating

Today is not quite Independence Day for Will Smith. The actor and his wife of 13 years, Jada Pinkett Smith, released a statement through their rep saying are not separating, as In Touch reported. “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact,” said the couple.
The Smiths have two children: Jaden, 13, and Willow, 10. Smith has a son, Trey, from a previous relationship, who tweeted earlier today that the break-up news was false.

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner expecting baby No. 3
The latest talk of The Town: Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner will welcome their third child, according to the Associated Press. The couple, who released a statement saying they’re “thrilled” about the news, have two other children: Violet, 5, and Seraphina, 2. Affleck and Garner have been married since 2005.

'Scrubs' star Donald Faison engaged
Time to plan a wedding, stat! Scrubs star Donald Faison is engaged to girlfriend Cacee Cobb, People reports. Tweeted Faison Friday night, “If you like it then you better put a Ring on it. -Beyonce.” Cobb, one of Jessica Simpson’s friends who has appeared on Newlyweds and The Price of Beauty, replied, “If she likes it then she better say YES!!”
This will be the second marriage for Faison.

Estella Warren ordered to residential rehab after pleading no contest to DUI
Actress Estella Warren (2001′s Planet of the Apes) has pleaded no contest to a DUI charge Friday. People reports Warren — who was arrested this Spring when she crashed her car into three other vehicles — was ordered to check into a residential rehab facility for six months and will serve probation for five years. A future court hearing, set for Oct. 7, will decide whether or not the actress will pay restitution.
Following her arrest in May, Warren was charged with hit and run, drunken driving, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. (Hit and run, battery, and resisting arrest charges were later dropped.) Said Warren in a statement released to press: ”I take my actions and their consequences very seriously. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that no one was injured or hurt. Moving forward I am focusing all my efforts on my career, my family and being a good influence [on] others.” The incident in May marks the second time Warren found herself in trouble for drunk driving — she was previously convicted of the charge in 2007.

Kat Von D’s LA Ink might have been canceled, but at least she has this going for her, which is nice(?): The reality star is once again engaged to Jesse James, one month after the pair split. James told People, “Sometimes you are only given one chance in life … It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her.”
Following their (short-lived) break-up last month, Von D stormed off the set of Good Day LA after the morning show featured footage of James on LA Ink.

Michael Kors marries longtime partner
Fashion designer and Project Runway judge Michael Kors married his longtime partner, Lance LePere, in Southampton, N.Y., on Tuesday, according to People.com. Kors, 51, and LePere met in 1990, when the latter joined Kors’ company as an intern. “To marry someone as wonderful and special to me as Lance barefoot on a glorious beach is more than I could have dreamed of,” Kors said to Women’s Wear Daily.

Russell Armstrong death officially ruled suicide
Russell Armstrong committed suicide by hanging, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner. The estranged husband of Taylor Armstrong, one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, died on Monday. The autopsy confirmed initial suspicions, but a comprehensive toxicology report will take up to six weeks.

Gerard Depardieu urinates in plane cabin
Gerard Depardieu reportedly relieved himself in the aisle of a plane cabin yesterday. According to People, the French actor’s flight was delayed on the tarmac; when Depardieu asked to use the restroom, he was told by flight attendants to wait until the plane had taken off. At that point, he apparently urinated in the aisle. A spokewoman from Air France-KLM told the AP, “I will only confirm that he, in effect, urinated in the plane.” Representatives for Depardieu did not immediately respond to EW’s calls for comment. Lest we judge too harshly, let us all remember the old adage: When you gotta go, you gotta go.
