Rapper Tone Loc, who recorded the gravelly-voiced hits, “Funky Cold Medina,” and “Wild Thing,” was arrested in Burbank on Saturday on suspicion of domestic violence against the mother of his child, according to CNN. Loc, whose real name is Anthony Smith, spent less than three hours in jail before posting a $50,000 bond, according to a Burbank Police spokeswoman.

Assuming the accusation was true to begin with. It wouldn’t be the first time a guy has been falsely accused of domestic battery by a current or ex girlfriend, but as soon as the accusation is made, the guy MUST be guilty.
