The Supreme Court has elected not to hear an appeal from Wesley Snipes, the Blade star who was convicted on three misdemeanor counts of tax evasion and began a three-year term in a minimum security prison this December. The Associated Press reports that the court refused Monday to hear an appeal from Snipes, who was trying to get his conviction and sentence overturned. At least now the actor will have plenty of time to perfect his foot cycle technique in the prison yard.

let this man out of jail….if he is out he can work at least and then pay off his debt.
He didnt pay his taxes is why hes locked up now, you really think he would now? But maybe there will be a screen play for blade 4 ready in 3 years.
He just got greedy making millions is not enough they got to steel from the rest of us. Yes I said it the rest of us because that is what tax money is. Hope they keep him locked up and none of the home arrest bull that Linsey is doing. Let him do hard time!

a few years of cake walk.. that our taxes pay for, to skirt out on a hundred thousand in taxes.. hmm.. sounds like someone got a pretty awsome deal. Wonder if he get’s those conjugal prison visits too?
