Estella Warren, former Victoria’s Secret model and actress (best known for the 2001 version of Planet of the Apes), was arrested Monday night in Los Angeles under suspicion of driving under the influence. The LAPD confirmed to EW that her bail had been set at $100,000. TMZ reported that Warren initially resisted arrest, and that, after arriving at the police station, she attempted to escape. The website alleges that Warren is being booked for felony escape, assault, hit and run, and DUI, although the LAPD would only confirm the latter charge at this point.
