Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed twins, one baby girl and one baby boy, on Saturday, the AP reports. Coincidentally, Saturday also marked Carey and Cannon’s third wedding anniversary. Carey’s publicist told the AP that the couple had not yet named the children.

I’m happy with my lot in life. I’m 42, no children, high-school dropout, I work as a cashier at Wal-Mart on the nightshift for minimun wayge, but I have God in my heart and I think that not even by multiple sclerosis or my diabtes has broken my spirit. Mariah’s music soothes me and makes me happy. I also have 6 cats, and I don’t lose hope of finding a good man that will love me for me. I am also 26o pounds on a 5′ 4′ frame, but I carry my weight well. God bless you all.

Whenever a baby is born it is only natural that the parent takes loads of pictures and it is also natural to think your baby is he most beautiful in the world — don’t be such a cynic.
You are absolutely right. Every parent takes loads of pictures of their kids. But with celebrity kids, it is a little different. Magazines will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for the rights to publish the “first pictures” of these kids. This pisses me off. I only hope that Nick and Mariah donate that money to charity. But still, spending that kind of cash for pictures of babies is ridiculous.
There are three reasons celebrity parents show off their new babies: They’re like most other parents and want people to see the kid (e.g. Christina Applegate), they actually don’t want people seeing their babies and have fits when the paparazzi are around (Halle Berry), or they just decide to sell or give away baby photos in a desperate attempt to keep the paparazzi from trying to break into their house (Brangelina).

So far, unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with men with no backbone, who make promises they cannot keep. A lot of men can’t handle a strong woman. I won’t cry for all the hunger in my heart. I am a 34 year old divorced woman with a young daughter but I’m excited to see what the future brings.

I am happy for them!!!! She is the best singer ever. When my third husband left me for that transvestite that I thought was my best friend, I cried for hours on end, feeling sorry for myself. I turned 30 this week which I’m excited about and I’m in a good place with having a great job and a toyboy and I’m in the best physical shape of my life. I’d love to have children in the next couple of years because the result is so worth it. My toyboy is only 22, but I am really surprised by his maturity. But he’s got his career and things are going well, so I wouldn’t want to put him under any pressure. I don’t feel the clock ticking. If it happens, it happens. It’s a whole new world.
