Joe Giudice, the husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was arrested and charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license, according to People. The Passaic County (N.J.) Prosecutor’s Office alleges that the 40-year-old Giudice, who has a suspended driver’s license, illicitly acquired a new one in June by using his brother’s information. Giudice was arrested for DUI in January 2010 after crashing into a telephone pole; he was given a ten-day jail sentence for driving with a suspended license.
