Looks like Lindsay isn’t the only Lohan facing a felony: People reports Michael Lohan was taken into custody Tuesday in West Hollywood, Calif., on three felony charges. The charges in question: inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment, and preventing a report of victimization. According to police, authorities received a call that Lohan was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute, during which the unnamed victim suffered minor injuries. “He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station,” Lt. John Ratto of the Los Angeles Police Department told People. “He showed no signs of intoxication that I’m aware of and has been cooperative.” Lohan’s bail is set at $200,000.
Lohan is currently checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center being treated for an unknown medical condition he announced while at the police station. Lohan’s lawyer has not returned EW’s request for comment.

I’ve been saying for years that Michael and Dina Lohan are the ones that set Lindsay on the path she’s on, not child stardom. I find it ridiculous that he keeps trying to “help” Lindsay when he can’t stay out of prison or rehab himself for more than a few years.
And he wonders why no one takes him seriously. Five years, Lohan, stay sober, sane and out of trouble for five years and then maybe people might listen to you. Maybe then your kids might talk to you. Until then, know you have a lot to make up for.
