She’s such an idiot. Why delay the inevitable? Do your 3 weeks in jail and get on with your life. You have nothing else going on.
Send her to the loony bin for a couple years and let her pull trains for $5/pop for our service men, like Frances Farmer did. At least she’ll have a useful skill when she gets out.

When you watch the surveillance video it’s clear that she stole the necklace. It wasn’t an accident. She really needs more time in therapy. It probably gives her the missing high from drugs. That said, a lot of criminals need more therapy and they still go to jail.
I feel like if this had been an everyday person there behind would have been in jail, so in saying that I feel this “little girl” has been given a multitude of chances and in each event has manage to stub her toe harder, she needs to discover the right and wrongs of life and woman-up and take the punishment for acts that are wrong and just because she is a “Hollywood Darling” makes her no damn different!
