the fact that it took him 2 and a half years to file is definitely going to be a factor in the case. It will not be looked at favorably by a judge. He can say they were in agreement or working together well on an arrangement.. or something — but it’s going to be very bad for his case no matter how he slices it that it took him 2 and a half years to sue for this…

i’ve been through the same thing that halle is going through now. and trust me it wears on the nerves. he is young enough to have other children. so he should move on and stop seeking child support and what ever else he is seeking. its easy to want a child when mommy is rich and dad is not. all that i want to say is stay strong halley. and next time use a sperm bank. in the long run its cheaper.
