Sad. Now that the whole family has died, a piece of Americana has died, too.
I loved Ozzie and Harriet and always felt poor David was unfairly overshadowed by his hotter younger brother Ricky. RIP David.
I remember David working in a circus several years after the TV show. I saw him when he came to town. He was a catcher on the trapeze. It was a great TV show to grow up with.
RIP, David. I have fond memories of watching TAOOAH.
Such sad news! When I was a little girl in the ’80s, I watched reruns of Ozzie and Harriet all the time. Loved that show and loved the family. RIP.
Good bye David say hello to your mom and Ozzie and ricky for me
RIP DAVID JOIN THE FAMILY.
This makes me feel old, even though I wasn’t born when it started.
Compare this show with 2 1/2 Men and see how we’ve changed.
