Defense attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray will argue Michael Jackson killed himself, Los Angeles County prosecutor David Walgren claimed today at a hearing, according to an Associated Press report. Walgren and Murray’s lawyer J. Michael Flanagan were in court arguing over testing residue from syringes found in the pop star’s bedroom. ”I do think it’s clear the defense is operating under the theory that the victim, Michael Jackson, killed himself,” said Walgren. ”They don’t want to say it, but that’s the direction in which they are going.” Flanagan declined to comment. A preliminary hearing for Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial begins Jan. 4.

No freakin’ way. He was on the verge of a huge, highly anticipated tour.
If you listen to the tape you can clearly hear Larry Silverstein (the tour promoter) say: “pull him”. It was obviosuly an inside job.
Yes, he knew the tour wouldn’t be as perfect as he knew it could be so poor Michael decided to slip away from us forever….RIP sweet Jackson, you’ll always be my first love….
Heck no. He didn’t kill himself through the trials, at his lowest point. He didn’t kill himself period.
I sincerely believe the trails got the best of hiom. Michael is in a better place now just like Jesus was saved.
If that’s the defense they’re going with, then they’ve got no defense at all.
MJ faked it and is reaping the financial benefits. He’s bigger than ever now that he’s “dead” and this doctor is just collateral damage.
They could be going with the defense that since Michael paid this guy to give him dangerous drug, that this guy wasn’t necessarily trained in, he was a cardiologist and those are the drugs that anesthesiologist use, he contributed to his own death. Just a theory though.
I belief that Michaels father was culprit to the murder sins he da one who asks Michael for a loan a day beofre his death. A DAYS BEFORES his DEATH!
Then as a cardiologist he should have had the good sense and medical ethics to step back from messing around with drugs he had no business putting his hands on and costing a man his life.
I’ve wondered for a while if he killed himself. Maybe not intentionally – but I think he was such a perfectionist and really freaked out about the “This Is It” shows that he kept doing more drugs to soothe himself. I wonder if part of him didn’t want to die to escape the pressure and fears of failure the shows brought up for him?
What a load of bull! Lawyers will do anything sleazy to help their client.
Techicaly he did kill himself, I mean who the hell gets hooked up to an IV and has a drug used for surgery pumped into them just to get some sleep?
I don’t think that he tried to intentionally kill himself but if you are taking the amount of medicine and sleep inducing drugs he was taking death is almost certain. The defense is going to argue that he was aware of the consequences of his actions and therefore Murray is not solely responsible. Personally, I think every doctor Michael has should be on trial because they all contributed to his death.
Google in the input: (clshoe.us )you can find many brand names, even more surprising is that
he will sell you the unexpected o(∩_∩)o
he had a malicious doctor who didn’t care about MJ-
I have to say I agree with Rachel. Michael was smart. He knew what he was doing and knew the consequences. But,there’s still something wrong with the whole story with Conrad Murray. Michael SHOULD still be here.
