Kelsey Grammer, 55, spoke to People about his engagement to girlfriend Kayte Walsh, 29, saying, “Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer.” Though he did not say when the two will marry, he added, “We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends. Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story.”
Over the summer it was announced that Walsh, a British flight attendant, was pregnant with Grammer’s child, but in October she released a statement saying she suffered a miscarriage some six weeks earlier.
Grammer is in the midst of what is reportedly a very costly divorce from third wife Camille Grammer, who stars on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The couple have been married for 13 years and have two children together, daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 6. Kelsey also has two older daughters, Spencer, 27, and Greer, 18, from previous relationships.
Hope he has a pre-nup.

As someone who has dealt with fertility issues, let’s get the story straight. It takes very little research to find that Camille’s children with Grammer were surrogate born because she was unlikely to carry to full term. Let’s give the lady a break.
Are you serious? She has had a ton of work done to her body as you can see by her clayish frozen face. A woman that vain isn’t going to subject her body to gaining weight for a pregnancy and in all likelihood, she is just too skinny to support a fetus anyway. Have you even seen her show? She’s a horrible person.
She may be all that (and don’t assume she had a surrogate because she didn’t want to ruin her body – she could very well be unable to carry a child!). I used to really enjoy Kelsey Grammar’s acting–both on Cheers and especially on Frasier. Regardless of what you think about Camille, Kelsey picked her. Had two kids with her. The guy continues to show over and over what a nutcase he is. Say what you want about Camille, but she’s not the one who abandoned her kids. He did.

From what I hear the wife he cheated on was no prize winner, but a man with class would end one marriage before engaging himself to another woman (or indulging in an affair…although that’s common enough). I wonder if this Kayte person understands that she will probably get the same treatment at some point down the road.
As for his poor kids…they don’t really have any parents, do they? Their mother couldn’t be bothered to carry them herself over concern for her figure and that apparently didn’t bother their father at all.
They are being raised full-time by nannies so their parents don’t have to take one second of time out of their day to tend to them. And, of course, now Kelsey’s moved across the country to start himself a new life, forgetting that he has responsibilities and commitments back on the other coast. Nice.

He’d think about his kids, show some restraint and keep his private life private. Let’s say the shoe were on the other foot.
