According to police, an altercation between the actress and “a female adult” took place in Palm Desert, Calif., near the Betty Ford Center — where Lohan has been seeking treatment — on Dec. 12. The victim plans to prosecute, and though no arrests were made at the scene, the incident is being investigated as a misdemeanor. After police authorities complete the ongoing investigation, the District Attorney’s Office will determine whether or not to press charges. UPDATE: Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, issued the following statement: “At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation. It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred.”

A true and forever mess. I’m afraid this girl will never again be anything more than a tragic tabloid laughing stock. It’s rather sad.
But when will she guest star on Glee!?!?!
Glee? Are you kidding? Did you see the episode with Gwyneth Paltrow? Her substitute teacher character had the spanish class repeat “Lindsay Lohan es muy loca!”
I think it was a joke, dude.
But Lindsay didn’t find it funny… her mother went on NBC and complained about how hurt Lindsay felt. I highly doubt Lindsay would ever guest on Glee… or even be invited to guest.
Lindsay was md about questioning how many times she was in rehab but not when Emma said she looked like something out of Lord of the Rings?
Wow, she’s even committing crimes in rehsb. I’m all for second chances but a serious stint in prison may be what she needs.

Parents, let your children be children. Do not subject them to an industry that can destroy even the strongest of adults. And if, for some reason, you allow your children to act, then protect them from the pressures by providing them with a strong, stable home life.
At first I thought this meant someone probed her with a battery. I was thinking d-cell? Glad to hear she wasn’t violated that way. Also glad to see Michael Jackson bequeathed his hat and sunglasses to Lohan.

Missing from this story is that the reason why Lindsay allegedly struck the other woman is because she didn’t want to take a drug and alcohol test while on her way back from a pub (as reported by People Magazine.)
Loser Lohan strikes again. Literally. The Betty Ford employee should be given a medal. And about a million dollars for putting up with pinheads like Lohan.
oh this is such BS…some woman in a rehab centre is trying to get money and attention for a ridiculous “incident”. gimme a break. she goes on workman’s comp because her wrist is “sprained” and is too injured to work. what a load. don’t know how lohan can forrest gump her way out of this one but it reeks of a crockfest. (and yes, i just kind of defended lindsay lohan, who i could care less about. just so happens i could care less about people who try to take advantage of “celebrities” even more…
You don’t know the facts any better than the rest of the public. But I’m certainly more inclined to believe the rehab employee–who gets credit for having the stomach to put up with spoiled, self-indulgent, addicted celebrities–than Lohan, who has hardly been a pillar of personal integrity for all of her adult life.
That’s because it’s her job to put up with ‘spoiled, self-indulgent, addicted celebrities’ – not to blab who they are to the world (although it’s like the worst kept secret ever). For once, I think I’m on Lohan’s side.
Kick her sorry ass out of rehab, let her out on the street like she wants to be, free to party, etc. She’ll solve the problem for everyone, we’ll be reading her obit soon.
Why not put Lindsay on guarded house arrest, provide her with all the alcohol and drugs she wants, and just wait for her to kill herself and go away?
