Jim Morrison of The Doors pardoned

Jim-MorrisonImage Credit: Michael Ochs Archives/Getty ImagesForty one years after being charged with indecency at a Florida concert and 39 years after his premature death, Jim Morrison was pardoned by the outgoing governor of Florida, Charlie Crist. Morrison, the frontman for The Doors, had been appealing his conviction for profanity and indecent exposure when he died in Paris at age 27. The charges stemmed from an infamous March 1, 1969 Doors concert in Miami, where Morrison was accused of unzipping his pants and simulating a sex act, a charge he denied. Though he was convicted in 1970, there has never been any photographic evidence supporting the charges, and Morrison supporters and many witnesses claim he only teased the concert crowd. “In this case the guilt or innocence is in God’s hands, not ours,” said Crist, an admitted Doors fan.

I now know why our government has so little money, they are wasting it on people who no longer care what they think, what a waste of time!

To be honest, if I had to chose I’d chosoe Jed Bush. Right now Jed still had over 50% popularity in Florida, and George Bush’s popularity is below 50% so I don’t think George Bush will effect Jed Bush negatively. Though, I would like to see Rush Limbaugh run so he can ruin his popularity amungst republicans.Anyways, maybe it just wishful thinking on my part, but I think he would have made a better President then George Bush, but I guess anyone would have made a better president.

Since it really is haehnltuy. You’ll find NO Quick Fixes. Diet Right, or Don???ea?e8t Diet at all! Portion Control, it???ea?e8s simple and anyone can do it. It???ea?e8s a lifestyle alter, not a quick fix. Why lose it all, after which gain it back? That???ea?e8s just silly, and depressing.

McCain is stupid. He pkeicd failed, 1/2 time, quitter Gov. Palin which guaranteed him a loss instead of a successful Governor from FL, Crist, as his running mate. McCain might have won the WH with Crist. Instead, he chose a loser. Good luck in the November elections. It will be interesting. There may be a third candidate on the Governor’s ticket in Nov in PA.

    Your line:

“In this case the guilt or innocence is in God’s hands, not ours,” Crist said, an admitted Doors’ fan.

    should read:

Crist, an admitted Doors’ fan, said.

    or:

said Crist, an admitted Door’s fan.

No, Grammar Nazi. There shouldn’t be an apostrophe at all.
