Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit refiled

Filed under: News and tagged:

Joe Jackson refiled a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray today, seeking unspecified damages in the passing of his son Michael Jackson, according to the Associated Press. The elder Jackson initially filed his case in federal court, but the judge declined to hear the case, saying it should be filed instead in state court. The Las Vegas pharmacy that allegedly sold the anesthetic to Dr. Murray that has been linked to Jackson’s death was also added as a defendant.

Joe Jackson is going to have a lot to answer for when he dies.

He has a tough case to prove. If he can’t establish that the adult son from whom he was essentially estranged for the last several years of Michael’s life provided him some kind of financial support, I suspect this case will get thrown out.

Michael Jackson was a drug addict and his addiction ultimately killed him. There is no one to blame here except Michael and perhaps Joe Jackson who abused Michael during his childhood thus creating the tortured mess of a man tha Michael became. Joe Jackson continues to be a greedy, loathsome character.
