I agree – the gameplay really, really annoys me. The only gameplay I want to see is people winning by doing the work – not by working the system.
maybe the contestants ate their food!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who has been majorly disappointed with the past seasons and with this one in regards to the “game play”.
It literally disgusts me how these people cried, begged, and pleaded to be on the show… they said their life depended on it, thatit was time to change their life…
and somehow, miraculously, within a week of being on the show, the focus suddenly becomes about winning money and not about losing weight.
It especially irks me when the contestants (in an effort to justify their shady actions) are constantly using the whole “I need to think about myself for once in my life” line as they get ready to vote somebody off they see as a threat…
Someone needs to tell the producers that this show is not Survivor! We already have that…
They should stick to the inspirational stories and progress of tackling the obesity epidemic in this country…
I sense that Bob and Jillian agree with this perspective but it seems like there is only so much they can say since the producers obviously want to throw in the other stupid stuff… major fail.
I luv this show!
t is with great dismay that we read that Biggest Loser management has decided to shut out one professional trade union from their production. Knowing what a HUGE money-maker this show is for NBC, to find that their management is allowed to simply shut out workers because they want to unionize for basic benefits is unbelievable!
Please encourage the management of Biggest Loser to get it together, make a union pact with their workers, and get everyone back to work. This is a great show and a valuable one—but we won’t be watching any more if workers are fired because they wish to unionize.
And where are Bob, Jillian, and Allison standing on all of this? If they turn their backs on their crew, I will have lost all respect for them.
I’m sick of Jillian’s loud mouth snarling anyway! I do like the show but the game element isn’t putting them towards positive sustainable weight loss.
Hello, I like to read more on this subject. Thank you for publishing this.
This season haas not been that good.I have found myself not liking very many of the contestants anyways.Conda is a bully and her brother is just a smart ass.
The show gets cancelled after a visit to the White House LOL. Maybe the government wants to take over this show also.
The president is a big proponent of unions. These are the things that make you go hmmm.
