Casting is all great and fun, but are there any new updates regarding the union strike in NZ? That would be top priority to begin pre production in NZ.

NZ passed “The Hobbit Law” days ago, and that allows production to begin. EW had a story on it, but the comment form won’t allow me to paste in the link. Google it under “The Hobbit Law”

I highly recommend Netflixing “Jekyll” if you want an appreciation of James Nesbitt’s work. Very good modern take on the Jekyll/Hyde tale.
