The case is set to be called again on Oct. 26; the couple faces felony vandalism charges.

Keith Richards will appear in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,' Disney confirms
A spokesperson for Disney has confirmed that Keith Richards will indeed avast-ye-mateys once more in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. In an article that appeared in the London Times last Friday, the Rolling Stones guitarist announced that he had joined the cast of the fourth Pirates movie. “It takes two hours to put the wig and make-up on,” Richards said. “Back into the hairy prison. ‘Ooooh, sorry about my sword, babe,’ ha ha ha.” Johnny Depp famously based the character of Captain Jack Sparrow on the musician.
Lance Armstrong welcomes fifth baby
Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong has welcomed a daughter with Anna Hansen, he tweeted Monday. “Olivia Marie Armstrong has arrived!” he wrote on his Twitter page. “Thanks to you all for the support and well wishes. Momma and Olivia (@Cincoarmstrong!) are doing great. She’s a beauty!” The couple has a 16-month-old son, Maxwell Edward. The cyclist also has three children with his ex-wife Kristin Armstrong: 9-year-old twins Isabelle and Grace and 11-year-old Luke.
Andrew Firestone, wife expecting baby
Former Bachelor star Andrew Firestone is expecting his second child with his wife Ivana Bozilovic, People reports. The pair will welcome the baby in April. They already have one son, Adam Brooks, 19 months.
'Iron Man 3' to come to theaters in 2013; Disney picks up marketing rights
Disney, Paramount Pictures, and Marvel Studios have announced via press release that Iron Man 3 will be released in on May 3, 2013. Under a new deal, Disney will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of the film, and will also oversee The Avengers. (The studio paid Disney $115 million for the transfer of rights.) Paramount will be releasing Marvel’s Thor on May 6, 2011 and Captain America on July 22, 2011. “Five years ago, when Paramount and Marvel made our initial deal, both our businesses were in very different places,” Paramount CEO and Chairman Brad Grey said in the release. “We are grateful for the partnership we have had with the terrific Marvel team over these years and proud of the work we have done together. Today, this new agreement is the right deal for Paramount, for Marvel, and for Disney. We look forward to working together on Thor and Captain America, and we wish Disney and Marvel the utmost success, in what we know will be a very productive and wide-ranging partnership.”
Megan Fox joins Jennifer Westfeldt comedy
Megan Fox has joined the cast of Friends with Kids, the upcoming comedy from Kissing Jessica Stein‘s Jennifer Westfeldt. Adam Scott and Westfeldt play the main couple in the story, while Westfeldt’s real-life boyfriend Jon Hamm and Kristin Wiig play another couple. Fox will “play a girl who Scott begins to date,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Wes Craven surprised, saddened by Courteney Cox, David Arquette split
Scream 4 director Wes Craven was surprised by reports that Courteney Cox and David Arquette were separating, according to E!. At the Spike TV Scream Awards, the director said, “We didn’t have any idea that was going on,” during filming. The couple, who fell in love on the set of the original Scream, had apparently demonstrated no marital strain during production of the sequel, which is due in April. “It’s very sad,” said Craven. “I just about cried when I heard. It’s a wrenching thing to happen to anybody that you love.”
President Obama to appear on 'Mythbusters'
President Barack Obama will appear on the Dec. 8 episode of Mythbusters, the Discovery Channel’s series that goes to all lengths to explain how science really works. In the episode, the president will challenge the show’s hosts, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, to explain the Greek legend of Archimedes, who is credited with setting the invading Roman navy on fire with only mirrors and reflected sunlight.
