A jury convicted Howard K. Stern, boyfriend of the late actress Anna Nicole Smith, and Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s psychiatrist, of conspiracy on Thursday, surrounding her 2007 death, the Associated Press reports. Stern was convicted of providing false names and obtaining prescriptions by fraud, while Eroshevich was convicted of unlawfully prescribing Vicodin by fraud. Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed Smith the drugs prior to her prescription overdose, was acquitted of all charges. Stern and Eroshevich were not charged in Smith’s death, which was ruled accidental.

I’m glad they got that cretin Stern on something. I wonder how much time he/they could possibly do? Anna was no angel but she certainly didn’t deserve to be surrounded and manipulated by these losers.
I honestly think she could have gotten better had she been away form those people and surrounded with those who love her.
Smith would have never gotten better .. she was to self absorbed .. she is the one who was responsible for her own son’s death … Stern and the doctor enabled her .. but if they hadn’t , then she would have found someone else to do it … she was a sorry human being and she thought she was above everyone else ..

No Surprise. Even though Anna Nicole Smith wasn’t a role model, it still leaves peace for her little daughter whom doesn’t know her mommy in heart, but may one day in spirit.
He always gave me a funny feeling. I’m glad justice will be served.
I didn’t know at first that Hydrocodone was also found in Vicodin and Lortab as I read a lot about it at findrxonline and was prescribed those tablets before I got switched to Oxycontin (pure time released oxycodone tablets) but when I got addicted to them things started to make sense finally…. please don’t be stupid and avoid buying Hydrocodone from websites online without prescription. I started doing that at some point which only made things worse.. Thanks for listening and I admit pain management is useful if needed, but with online pharmacies that sell without proper control it often ends with problems so beware!
