Rachel Dratch, who gave birth to a son, Eli Benjamin, on Aug. 24, revealed to People that her boyfriend, John Wahl, a natural foods consultant in California, was her son’s father. The Saturday Night Live alum had initially intended to keep the matter private, until she began reading speculative press reports focusing on the “mystery.” The couple is now living in New York City.

She should have kept it private. It’s no one’s business anyways.
You’re right about it being non one’s business, but she might have better luck maintaining a semblance of privacy if she just quietly announces who the father is (especially since he’s a non-celeb) than if she let the media play the guessing game.
She’s a public figure, so while she can keep it private, people will wonder and the media will speculate. If that speculation turns it into something it’s not, it makes complete sense for her to quietly announce the truth and, like Alia said, stop the sordid guessing games.
I’m sure they’re full of GLEE having had a baby.
