Having honed his buddy-comedy chops in The Other Guys, Mark Wahlberg is reportedly negotiating to star opposite a life-sized teddy bear in Ted, the R-rated directorial debut of Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. Wahlberg will play a Boston everyman who made a wish as a child that his favorite stuffed animal could come to life. Now grown up, the bear, voiced by MacFarlane, is a foul-mouthed, lazy rabble-rouser and a drag on Wahlberg’s adult world.

Haha- I’m not a big MacFarlane fan but that sounds really clever
“a foul-mouthed, lazy rabble-rouser”. Wow. Raise your hand if more than ten of Seth’s animated characters immediately came to mind. A fun idea for a movie nonetheless. I’m excited to see it.
This sounds like Alf.
There’s a movie based on the life of one of the ALF writers. Can’t think of the name. But when ever he’s high he imagines a foul-mouthed, drug-pushing version of ALF. That’s what I thought of when I heard about this.
I am SO going to be at the theater. Watching anything but this.
I am loving that all the good stuff is coinmg back! Luckily for me Mr Taylor has Sky+ recording down to a fine art, it’s like watching him plan a military operation.
Useful info. Lucky me I discovered your web site accidentally, and I’m stunned why this coincidence didn’t happened in advance! I bookmarked it.
