Beyonce Knowles was the talk of the Internet Wednesday as rumors swirled (again) that she and Jay-Z were expecting their first child together, but according to her mother, Tina Knowles, it isn’t true (again). “No, it’s not true. Not right now,” she told Ellen DeGeneres on an episode of Ellen set to air Thursday. “I’m looking forward to it. With all the rumors, by now I should have about five or six grandchildren.”
The rumor stemmed from a report in Us Magazine, which cited an unnamed source claiming the 29-year-old singer-actress was expecting.
Not sure why interviewers always ask if a star is pregnant, unless the person has previously agreed they would announce it on a show- nobody announces they’re pregnant until they want to.

Most people don’t like to announce a pregnancy so early on. I know in my family, it is kept a secret from most people until you can’t hide it anymore. It’s just bad luck to make a grand announcement so soon when the baby hasn’t yet fully developed. And if you lose the baby, it adds additional hurt if you made an announcement and have to explain you miscarried.
Leave Beyonce alone. If she is pregnant she is probably in the early stages. I wish her and Jay Z luck if it is indeed true. Maybe she’ll finally take a much needed break since she is rich hand over fist and her husband is even richer… She can afford to relax. Raise the baby. Take acting lessons?
Now my local radio station is going to feel embarrassed. Yesterday they were all excited because two of the people that work at the station are pregnant, or has a pregnant wife. Now they are going to feel like idiots for believing it. Where do these magazines get this information

I think she is…I dont think she should announce it to anyone until she starts to show. Alicia Keys didnt announce her pregnancy until 5 months and she couldnt hide it anymore. It will come out, just give her time to adjust to being pregnant. We know she is really career driven, it probably is taking a toll on her during a time that she wanted to put out an album and tour again.
If she is thats great and if not they need to stop putting it out there. Time will tell.
