BMX bike rider T.J. Lavin, who hosts MTV’s Real World/Road Rules Challenges, is in critical condition after a bike accident last night at the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas. Lavin was reportedly thrown from his bike and knocked unconscious while also suffering a shattered wrist and broken ribs. MTV released the following statement to EW: “Our thoughts are with T.J. He is an important part of MTV’s extended family and we’re all praying for him.”
