The Associated Press reports the Supreme Court will reconsider whether Anna Nicole Smith’s estate should inherit a portion of late Texas billionaire J. Howard Marshall’s fortune. They will decide whether or not to hold up an appeals court ruling that sided against Smith’s estate, deeming Marshall, Smith’s husband at the time of his death, was not mentally fit when he left the majority of his $1.6 billion fortune to the Playboy model. Smith’s estate had appealed the ruling, and Marshall’s estate plans on fighting the Supreme Court ruling, should they reverse the appeal.

Marshall married Smith, Texas law is black and white,as all other states, her heirs deserve their rightful bidding. Stop holding up the courts, give DanniLynn something to hold on to, with memory from her mother. LAW 101, do the right thing., the esquires’ have had their share.
