My husband was in the Army with Eddie Fisher during the Korean War.
He was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas with him.
Sometimes after basic training he would sing
for the guys – just because he wanted to. He was a good guy. I got to meet him a few times when I picked up my husband for a week-end leave. I grieve for his relatives!
I went to school with eddie fisher. i lived around the corner from him. he sang in all our shows at school.I listened to his radio show “the magic lady’a supper club. I did,nt think much of him as aman,but i loved his voice.
