People reports felony charges against Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith’s two doctors could be dismissed. The trial against Stern and physician Sandeep Kapoor and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, who are being charged with conspiring to give the late reality star addictive drugs, kicked off Aug. 4, but the judge on the case has voiced his concerns about the prosecution’s case. In court Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Perry said he would consider the defense’s motion to dismiss some charges. In order for the charges to remain, prosecutors must prove that Smith was a drug addict. (The defense, meanwhile, claims she experienced chronic pain.) Stern, Kapoor, and Eroshevich have all pleaded not guilty to charges.

Good for Howard K. cos he didn’t do it.
the drugs did it , i dont blame anyone else except the drugs she would of got them somehow, sorry iam ex addict and i know . it was the drugs no one else fault if anna was alive know she would say the same thing, its hard but no ones fault.
Most people that truly suffer from chronic pain and are getting effective results follow their doctor’s instructions and do not overdose on multiple drugs that are in the same category of medication. Even taking certain drugs at the same time can have fatal consequences as the one drug compounds the effect of the other and the more drugs you add to the mix the worse it becomes. In addition, they certainly do not give multiple addictive drugs to their children. Anna Nicole behaved more like a drug addict in the end than a chronic pain sufferer. But taking into account the sudden death of her son from a drug overdose, perhaps she could not stand the grief and no longer wanted to live. Who knows?
So after all this – it’s no one’s fault but Anna’s. Weren’t they all enablers???
I Really think he did it on purpose because She was upset that Her son died She knew enogh about those drugs to know what to take and what not to ttake. It is a waste
