Lohan, who was released from rehab Aug. 24 after she had served two weeks in jail for parole violation (she was sentenced to 90 days), had taken the test “in recent days,” according to People‘s source. In late August, a new judge assigned to the actress’ case warned Lohan that a failed test could result in a month-long sentence in jail. The Los Angeles DA office is not yet confirming.

I think this is the best thing for her. She is a very talented young lady, I would hate to see her end up like Britney Murphy. She needs a trnedmeous amount of rehab and I hope she get the support she needs. Her parents should wake the hell up and help. Now her father will profit from doing all kinds of TV shows. What kind of help could he possibly be to her!!!

The sad thing is that she’s sick, and no one–not the courts, not the media, and not her stupid-as-rocks parents will help her.
It’s beyond ridiculous and the courts are making the system a joke out of it. She got out early from both jail and rehab, what’s next another 30 day sentence yet she’ll be out in 12? She drove drunk, constantly fails drug tests… she should have her license revoked and thrown in jail now because you just know one of these days she’s going to get high as a kite, drive, and kill someone. The court would be entirely to blame.

There are PLENTY of places to cpomlete community service. You can choose where to do your community service (sometimes in general and sometimes you are provided with a list if you need extra guidance), no one would force her to do it at a morgue.
I hope the doctor who okayed her early release from rehab is happy…

It’s becoming damn near impossible to root for this girl anymore.
She’ll serve 30 days for a positive test? How much time would she actually serve? 9 hours? 1 day? Maybe she felt it was worth it. If the story is true she was probably drunk when she did the cocaine. After a few drinks people will do some pretty stupid stuff. And doing cocaine knowing she’s going to be taking a drug test is pretty stupid.
