Taylor Lautner has settled his $300,000 lawsuit with Irvine, Calif.’s McMahon RV, the Associated Press reports. The Twilight actor filed the suit Monday, claiming McMahon failed to deliver a 2006 Affinity County Coach to the set of his upcoming movie Abduction in time for filming. Lautner’s lawyer said the dealership agreed to pay $40,000 to Lautner, who plans to donate the sum to children’s charity Lollipop Theater Network.

What a joke!!Taylor lautner such a baby. All the Twilight stardom must of gone to his head.
Thank the lord. Now I can finally sleep at night.
Taylor isn’t a “baby,” Rex. He ordered an expensive item which was not delivered on time (and in fact was over 60 days late, and was unsafe for use when it was delivered) or to his specifications. If you paid a large sum of money for an item that was delivered in that condition, you would want retribution as well. If he was a baby, a diva, or whatever else people have called him, he would have kept the piddly $40 grand, not donated it to a charity. The unprofessionalism of the RV dealer was demonstrated by his proposal that he and Mr. Lautner compete in a push-up contest to settle the issue. What a ridiculous way to do business! The idiot RV dealer deserves what he got.
REX,
I MAY NOT KNOW YOU BUT FOR SOMEONE TO CALL SOMEONE A JOKE WHO IS SWEET AND DONATES MUST BE A JERK WHO WOULD ONLY SPEND THE MONEY ON HIS OR HER SELF.
THATS VERY SAD
NOW TELL ME HOW TAYLOR SEXY LAUTNER IS A JOKE AND A BABY BUT HE DONATES TO A CHARITEY NOT JUST A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS, NO 40,OOO NOW IF YOU HAD THE MONEY HOW MUCH WOULD YOU DONATE IF ANY AT ALL?
I have to agree… Not only is it a matter of principle that he paid for something and didn’t receive it as agreed upon, but then took the step to donate to charity. I could care less who the person is, it seems like a more than reasonable way to handle the situation.
