A Los Angeles judge has set Jan. 4 as the date for a preliminary hearing into manslaughter charges against Michael Jackson’s physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, according to Reuters. Murray has pleaded not guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection with Jackson’s death in June 2009. The preliminary hearing will allow a judge to hear details of both the prosecution and defense team’s cases and determine if there is sufficient evidence to move forward with a full-scale trial.

The Arvizo family made their living scamming anyone and anything with a fat enough wallet. Do yourself a favor and do some research before you start parroting that same filthy tabloid trash.
Great…blame the doctor for the actions of another being. someone should sue michael jackson’s parents for ruining their son’s life. jackson was going to get ahold of the drugs one way or another, murray was just the idiot who got involved in what was already a complete mess. instead of being charged for manslaughter, his medical license should be taken away. but what do i know about the law, other than it is totally ineffective.
