Former Dancing With the Stars co-host Samantha Harris and husband Michael Hess are expecting their second child, People reports. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Josselyn, in September 2007. Harris serves as a correspondent for The Insider and Entertainment Tonight Weekend.
