The AP reports that the L.A. coroner’s office has determined that 40-year-old British-born screenwriter Simon Monjack’s death on May 23 was caused by pneumonia, the same illness that killed his wife, actress Brittany Murphy, five months earlier. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told AP that both deaths were likely preventable. “In simple English,” he said, “they didn’t take care of themselves.”

I heard speculation that it might be some kind of killer mold or something. At any rate, this should definitely be something to consider for anyone thinking about buying their house!

They checked it out and nothing like that was found. It is obvious what killed these two young people. It doesn’t matter if the drugs are prescription drugs–use them wrong and ignore your health and you die.
