Rocker and recent Celebrity Apprentice winner Bret Michaels and Today show co-host Natalie Morales will emcee the 2010 Miss Universe pageant with John Legend, The Roots, and Orianthi performing at the festivities. The two-hour event will be broadcast live from Las Vegas Aug. 23 on NBC (9-11 p.m.).
