Jenna Fischer was married Saturday to writer Lee Kirk, Us Magazine is reporting. Fischer, the 36-year-old star of NBC’s The Office, and Kirk began dating in 2008. Fischer’s previous marriage ended in divorce in 2007.

Agent Ed Limato dies
Ed Limato, one of the most powerful and successful Hollywood agents of a generation, died today of natural causes at age 73 at his home in Beverly Hills, EW.com has confirmed. Limato, most recently a senior agent at William Morris Endeavor, helped guide the careers of such heavyweights as Denzel Washington, Richard Gere, Liam Neeson, Mel Gibson, Steve Martin, and Claire Danes. He also became known for throwing a huge A-list bash at his home during Academy Awards weekend. “I became friends with Ed because of his Oscar party,” Elton John, one of his closest friends, tells EW.com. “He hardly ever traveled outside of America, but he used to come every summer to stay with us in France. He was the gentleman agent and the last of a dying breed. He was such a wonderful man. I don’t think we’ll see the likes of him again.” Limato had been battling lung problems for the last several years.
Carrie Prejean marries quarterback Kyle Boller
Beauty pageant contestant turned political lightning rod Carrie Prejean married Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller in San Diego last night, according to E! Online. Prejean, 23, and Boller, 29, have been a couple for about a year and got engaged in February. Prejean has been an outspoken opponent of same-sex marriage since being asked about it during the Miss USA pageant in 2009.
Melissa Etheridge files partnership dissolution papers
Melissa Etheridge has filed the paperwork to legally end her domestic partnership with Tammy Lynn Michaels, People.com is reporting. Etheridge filed a Petition for Dissolution of Domestic Partnership in Los Angeles yesterday, seeking joint custody of the couple’s three-year-old twins. The couple had been together for nine years and registered as domestic partners in 2005; in the court papers Etheridge, 49, requested that Michaels, 35, not be awarded any financial support.
Paris Hilton questioned in South Africa on marijuana allegations and released: Rep
The Associated Press reports Paris Hilton was detained in South Africa after being found in possession of marijuana. The socialite, who was in Port Elizabeth for the World Cup, was reportedly arrested outside the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium after Brazil played the Netherlands. “She was found in possession of some amount of [marijuana],” an officer told the AP. “We don’t know how much. It’s a high-profile person, only the top cops are dealing with it.”
UPDATE: Hilton’s publicist has released the following statement: “Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana. However, I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it. The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made. The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident. Paris is having an incredible time at the World Cup.”
Zac Hanson expecting second baby
Zac Hanson, the youngest member of rock band Hanson, is expecting his second child with wife Kate, People reports. “I’m so excited about the new addition to our growing family and for the stories and inspiration this person will bring to the world,” Hanson says. The 24-year-old drummer is already dad to 2-year-old John Ira Shepherd.

Three days after suffering a punctured and collapsed lung when he crashed his dirt bike, Dean McDermott has left the ICU, People reports. Earlier this year, McDermott, who has two children with wife Tori Spelling, fractured his shoulder in a different accident.
'Harry Potter' actress escapes murder attempt
Harry Potter actress Afshan Azad, who played Padma Patil in the franchise, was allegedly the subject of a murder plot that took place in her own home, People reports. Azad’s father, Abdul, and brother, Ashraf, were charged with threatening to murder the actress after they allegedly attacked her May 21 in Manchester, England, because they disapproved of her relationship with a Hindu man. Azad’s brother has also been charged with assault. Both Abdul and Ashraf have been released on bail, and will return to court July 12.
Lindsay Lohan sued over unpaid shopping bill
Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a Los Angeles boutique for unpaid shopping bills, say multiple online outlets. According to the lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. Superior Court, the actress allegedly paid the Tough as Nails boutique only $180 for around $17,000 in merchandise between November 2009 and February 2010; the store is asking for $16,880.63 plus interest and attorney’s fees.
