The Hills star Heidi Montag has filed for divorce from husband Spencer Pratt, according to papers obtained by EW. The filing comes nearly two months after the reality star visited court to obtain legal separation from Pratt. The papers, which were filed in Santa Monica, Calif.’s Superior Court, site irreconcilable differences. “Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt,” Jodeane Farrell, Montag’s lawyer, told People. “The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.”

You never know with these two whatt’s really going on vs. what they’re making up to stay in the tabloids. The bottom line is, it doesn’t matter either way… they don’t contribute anything meaningful and don’t deserve any attention. Just ignore them long enough and they’ll go away.
My respect for Heidi just went from -50 to -20. (Unless it’s just a publicity stunt, in which case the meter goes back down to -75.)
Hard to believe that anyone would have believe that 2 of the most self-absorbed, pathetic excuse for charaters on a fake show would capture this much attention.
