Al Gore sexual harassment case dropped

After a four-week investigation, Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney Michael Schrunk has dropped the sexual harassment case against former Vice President Al Gore, citing insufficient evidence. Masseuse Molly Hagerty alleged that Gore had groped and assaulted her in 2006 in a Portland hotel room. In a statement, the D.A.’s office cited “contradictory evidence, conflicting witness statements, credibility issues, lack of forensic evidence and denials by Mr. Gore.” Gore, who participated in the investigation, released this statement through his spokeswoman Kalee Kreider: “Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He respects and appreciates the thorough and professional work of the Portland authorities and is pleased that this matter has now been resolved.” [AP]

You get that this woman was lying, right?

      • Barry

No, Gore is the liar here. Like his old boss when he told America that he NEVER had sex with Ms. Lewinsky.

I’m sorry, if you believe this woman’s story – you have issues. That’s why this story has gone nowhere.

This allegation wasn’t true, and all the biased, delusional, faux-funny comments in the world won’t change that.
