      Age lover-( 0M
Where is for younger women and older men, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other. Is it wrong for me to seek an older boyfriend? You can add me there(lilyfly2). Maybe you wanna check out or tell your friends….

        Get lost, sweetcheeks!

    • Faye

When I read it I said “Gibby will be on GLEE … Score” but it’s not Gibby and I know it’s not Freddy or Spencer..and I know I’m a loser because I know the character names on iCarly!

      • Cat

        I have kids, that’s my excuse ;)

  • Cyndi

Can you really call someone who was on one episode of the show “iCarly star”? I had to look him up to see who he was.

    • :D

      hahaha me too!

      • Leslie

Yeah exactly! You might as well say “newcomer” Chord Overstreet. You’re not gonna hurt his feelings, this looks like his big break. lmao

    • Sir Loin of Beef

I don’t see anything in the story called him a star of ICarly. They referred to him as an “alum”.

      • Cyndi

The article originally had him listed as “iCarly star” and after people started commenting, it was changed.

      • Sir Loin of Beef

        Didn’t see that. Thanks

    • Summer

For a moment, I thought that Nathan Kress – who plays Freddie – had jumped ship to Glee…and then I read the story.

    • chris

Is Chord Overstreet his real name? Heck of a porno name…..

      • Tookie

        Great name for someone musical.

  • Um

1 episode does not make him a star on iCarly.

    • Jess

      it says alum not star

  • Gage

No kidding JC. WHO? Can we get a pic to accompany the update EW? ….please?

    • stasha

If you look him up on IMDB, you can see his picture.

  • jason in mi

    His name is “Chord”?

I assume he means like in music, but I want to pronounce the “ch” like the “ch” in “church.”

    “Chord.” Try it. It’s fun.

    • Josh

You beat me to it! Is that seriously the name that’s on his birth certificate?

      • Bonnie

That’s what I was thinking as soon as I saw it. You can’t be serious that his parents named him Chord. And you thought those moms on Toddlers and Tiaras were bad…this is what happens when they have a boy instead.

  • Ktct

Who did he play on ICarly?

    • dawn

According to imdb.com, he appeared in one episode, “iSpeed Date,” as Erik. I saw the episode, and I still don’t remember him. EW needs a new headline.

      • Ktct

        @Dawn
Thanks. I just lost a bet to my seven year old!

      • Isabella

He was the guy Freddie interviewed. He said he use to be a male model, but then he started a really cool band, and Freddie said that Carly would hate him. I don’t have an excuse, I just watch iCarly. Haha..

  • Roma

True I have never heard of him, but I googled him and Oh MY God he is gorgeous!

    • Bonnie

I think he looks like Jonathon Groff’s younger, prettier brother

  • charlane

kurt is going to have a swoony boyfriend

  • Other Mel

His father is a very well-known Nashville songwriter, Paul Overstreet. Hence the name “Chord.” (Still cheesy, but at least makes more sense.)

  • Melissa

To chime in again here… someone who played a tiny part on one episode of iCarly – really, that makes them an iCarly alum? Why don’t you mention when he played “Teenage Boy” in The Hole (2009)? Whatever, he’s a cute kid and his name is made for “Glee” so good luck, Chord Overstreet.

  • makaay

helloooo, mr niceguy. its bad, that he’s only a recurring character..

  • Jim

Chris Colfer said he didn’t want ta boyfriend better lokking htem him. Whoops not happening Chris.

    • Jenn

Where does it say he’s going to be Kurt’s boyfriend? I just see he’s Finn’s protege. (Yea, I can’t make all the little accents for the word protege…but you all get it.)

      • Jesica

It’s been release that Kurt’s boyfriends name would be Sam AND he’d be on the football team

      • Jenn

Thanks Jessica. I must’ve missed that amidst the BILLIONS of Glee updates that come in every minute. LOL

      • Jackie

Check out the video of the interview Ausiello did with the Glee cast at Comic-Con. Chris Colfer said he thought they were going to put off the ‘Kurt gets a boyfriend’ storyline until later.

      • lily

Maybe he will eventually become Kurt’s boyfriend if they decide his role is working out, but for now this is his role. Which means, both Rachel and Finn will have new competition? What about Mercedes and Kurt, the divas who were understandably pissed about not getting solos? Well, at least I hope they make him Kurt’s love interest eventually instead of getting someone else, cause there is already a character overload for next season. Also, how old is he? Cause he looks a lot younger than most of the cast. I guess he’ll be a freshman?

  • CH

So we get this guy, Charice, Uncle Jesse, AND the other three characters they are casting from MySpace, and STILL next season is going to be focused on “the main characters” and their development? I love GLEE, but all these new faces are making me nervous. We’re going to be reading the cast names in the bottom of the screen until the halfway point of each episode.

  • Sidney

I think we should all suggest ELIJAH WOOD as Kurt’s boyfriend, good match!

  • Maureen

    Who is this?
