Dean McDermott is in a Los Angeles hospital with a punctured and collapsed lung, People reports. The actor, who is married to Tori Spelling, suffered the injuries when he crashed his dirt bike Tuesday while riding with friends. Spelling tells People McDermott will make a full recovery.
