According to People, Gary Coleman had requested a restraining order against wife Shannon Price prior to his May 28 death. The restraining order — signed Feb. 19 — alleged Price had trespassed on his property in Santaquin, Utah while he was hospitalized. (The actor had undergone heart surgery.) “I am concerned that irreplaceable memorabilia, irreplaceable model trains, irreplaceable items of personal property will be stolen, damaged, or destroyed,” Coleman wrote. “[Price] has shown a tendency to damage, destroy, and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home.” The papers also claimed that “there have been incidences of domestic violence” before and after his marriage.

Anna Nicole Smith judge criticizes police investigation
Judge Larry Seidlin has harsh words for Anna Nicole Smith’s former partner Howard K. Lady Gaga not banned from Yankee Stadium after infiltrating the team's clubhouse
New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Canó must be relieved: Lady Gaga has not been banned from Yankee Stadium. Following the Yankees’ loss last Friday to cross-town rival, the Mets, Gaga (a self-professed Yankees fan) managed to talk her way past security and enter the Yankees’ clubhouse, according to ESPN.com. The pop star then reportedly met with some players, including Canó, while wearing a half-buttoned Yankees jersey and a bikini bottom. Also, Gaga reportedly drank whiskey in the clubhouse and fondled her chest.
Though the New York Post reported that Gaga was subsequently banned from the clubhouse by Yankees co-chairman Hal Steinbrenner, team general manager Brian Cashman refutes that claim. “She’s not banned,” Cashman told ESPN.com on Sunday afternoon. “Celebrities aren’t banned. If Michael Jordan showed up here, he would have access (to the clubhouse), but not after a loss. There is just a time and place. It is not her fault.” Canó added: “She can sing, I’ll tell you that.”
This wasn’t the only recent collision between America’s national pastime and the pop idol. Gaga was spotted on June 10 at a New York Mets-San Diego Padres game, where she reportedly gave the middle finger to visiting Mets fans. In response, the Mets have created a promotion for Wednesday’s game called “Go Gaga for Wright” in an effort to get Mets third baseman David Wright elected to the National League All-Star team. The first 20,000 fans will receive a blue foam hand with its index finger extended — “the best finger” according to the promotion’s commercial. The hand will also contain the words “Make Wright #1.”
